In this post I will continuously edit and update with new research and insights on dental gealth as I come accross it
So far my experience and learnings:
Vitamin K2 MK-4:
My experience: seems the most effective at removing dental plaque although at extremely high doses around 40-80mgs per day. I’m currently taking 10mgs a day as its all i can afford at the moment but i notice my plaque has gotten thinner, lighter and some areas have cracked off since i started taking this supplement(about 4 weeks give or take)
Magnesium:
My experience: ive seen a few videos from some people claiming that Magnesium supplements played a major role in reversing dental disease

Magnesium deficiency is associated with periodontal disease.
Clinical Trial
Meisel P, et al. J Dent Res. 2005.
“In subjects aged 40 yrs and older, increased serum Mg/Ca was significantly associated with reduced probing depth (p<0.001), less attachment loss (p=0.006), and a higher number of remaining teeth (p=0.005). Subjects taking Mg drugs showed less attachment loss (p<0.01) and more remaining teeth than did their matched counterparts.”
